What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform professional-grade carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning
- Sell additional services & upsell packages to maximize each job
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on maintenance plans
- Follow up with customers to secure repeat business & referrals
- Maintain company equipment and ensure a clean, professional appearance
What We’re Looking For:
- A true sales-driven closer – If you can’t sell, this isn’t for you
- 2+ years of experience in carpet cleaning or a related field preferred
- Strong communicator & problem solver – Knows how to handle objections
- Self-motivated & hungry for commissions – You control your paycheck
- Valid driver’s license & clean record – Reliability is key
- Physical ability to handle cleaning equipment & long workdays
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-Based Pay: $60,000-$85,000+ based on performance
