What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform professional-grade carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning
Sell additional services & upsell packages to maximize each job
Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on maintenance plans
Follow up with customers to secure repeat business & referrals
Maintain company equipment and ensure a clean, professional appearance

What We’re Looking For:

A true sales-driven closer – If you can’t sell, this isn’t for you
2+ years of experience in carpet cleaning or a related field preferred
Strong communicator & problem solver – Knows how to handle objections
Self-motivated & hungry for commissions – You control your paycheck
Valid driver’s license & clean record – Reliability is key
Physical ability to handle cleaning equipment & long workdays

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-Based Pay: $60,000-$85,000+ based on performance
