A client is looking for an HR Operations Analyst who will play a critical role in our HR Service Delivery Model, focusing on documenting and mapping HR processes.

Pay Rate: $40-$45/hr. on W2 (depends on experience)
Duration: 8 months
Hours: 1st shift, M-F, 40 hrs. a week

JOB SUMMARY:
- The Process Specialist will play a critical role in our HR Service Delivery Model, focusing on documenting and mapping HR processes.
- This role, which sits in the HR PMO, will support the strategic shift of operational work from Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to the Operations team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis, documentation, and mapping, with experience in HR or related fields.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Documentation and Mapping:
- Analyze and document current People Team processes, including but not limited to those related to Recruiting, Benefits, HRBP, L&D, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Immigration & Global Mobility.
- Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure process documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Program Support:
- Collaborate with our program manager to identify and prioritize processes for transition.
- Support the development and implementation of transition plans.
- Monitor and track process transition progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Recommend and implement changes to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with CoE teams, Operations teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment.
- Balance competing priorities and provide recommendations on prioritization.
- Communicate timeline expectations and realistic delivery timelines to stakeholders.
- Attend and facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss and document processes.
- Provide training and support to teams on new or updated processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in process analysis, documentation, and mapping.
- Familiarity with HR processes and terminology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS Degree
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
- Project management experience.
