The Shared Services department consults with North American business leaders and supports their employees by providing a full range of HR services including planning, recruiting, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, HR systems, and payroll.
As a key member of People Services leadership, you will be instrumental in the continued expansion and deployment of Systems, Technology, Operations, and Reporting. You will partner with key stakeholders to implement streamlined operations processes and optimal technology solutions for our People Technology programs.
The Director of People Systems, Technology, Operations, & Reporting will lead the strategy, implementation, and management of all People systems, People technology solutions, People operations, and reporting functions. This critical leadership role will be responsible for aligning technology and operational processes with the organization’s people strategy, ensuring efficient delivery of services, and driving data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
This role will oversee the HR Operations Lead, People Systems & Technology Manager, Technical Analysts, and Reporting Lead, working collaboratively with stakeholders across HR, IT, and the broader organization in North America & Globally.
