We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment & Career Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on recruiting, with proven expertise in delivering one-on-one coaching and facilitating professional workshops. This role is pivotal in supporting our clients' career development while expanding our market reach and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) using tools such as Workday or ADP to streamline the recruitment process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.
- Utilize lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates for future openings.
Career Coaching:
- Provide personalized one-on-one coaching sessions focusing on career exploration and job readiness, helping clients understand their career goals and navigate the job market effectively.
- Assist clients in developing tailored resumes, cover letters, and job applications that highlight their strengths and experiences, enhancing their chances of securing job opportunities.
- Conduct mock interviews to prepare clients for real-world job interviews, providing feedback and strategies to improve their performance and confidence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in career coaching, and recruiting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to design and facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions.
- Adept at networking and building long-term professional relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
