Job purpose: Tatweer MEA is seeking a highly qualified Country Manager to lead its expansion, establishing a strong market presence and advancing growth for its specialized services.

Drawing on Tatweer’s extensive expertise in the following fields:

Smart Cities Solutions
Digital Transformation & Productization
Transportation & Infrastructure Engineering Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving strategic development, cultivating high-impact business partnerships, and overseeing regional operations to strengthen Tatweer’s position.
Establish strategic relationships with government authorities, corporate stakeholders, and technology partners to promote the adoption of potential projects, thereby elevating Tatweer’s service offerings.
Define KPIs and performance metrics for regional growth, continuously assessing progress and making necessary adjustments.
Conduct periodic market analyses to remain competitive and agile in response to emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
Foster a collaborative and innovative culture focused on achieving Tatweer’s mission.
Build a regional program to elevate skills and performance of project managers, sales, and technical support teams.

Qualifications:

Experience: 15+ years of experience in business development leadership roles in USA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field (master’s degree preferred).
