Search Consultant - Senior

Work Location – Dallas, TX 75202

Positions Requested – 1

Hours per Day - 8

Hours per Week - 40

Total Hours – 3-month contract initially

US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Project - Recruiter Supplementation

Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, and use/experience in using top marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals and ATS, experience using/analyzing labor market data
End to End recruit/ source/ fill low to highly complex Professional/Management roles, especially sales and/or technical roles
Strong influencing skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to report out on activity effectively, track prospects and their progress
Must be flexible and adaptable to changes

Pay Range: $40 - $45/HR W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
