Description
We are in the printing/publishing industry and are currently searching for a Workday to Entra Integration Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is centered around troubleshooting issues with the Last Day Worked field and improving integration between Workday and Entra. This presents a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Investigate issues related to the Last Day Worked field being recognized on the day of, as opposed to midnight +1 / next day.
- Examine attribute mapping and determine if they are correctly implemented.
- Propose solutions to ensure employees are deprovisioned end of business day, instead of having access until midnight on their last day.
- Implement changes to the integration as required to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with team members to understand and resolve system integration issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday Integration.
- Ensure all activities adhere to compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday Integration Specialist within the Printing/Publishing industry.
- Proficient understanding of Workday modules, including but not limited to HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials.
- Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools such as Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
- Ability to design, build, test, and troubleshoot Workday integrations to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with Entra system and its integration with Workday.
- Strong understanding of data management and data migration processes, preferably within Workday and Entra systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various departments.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting specific deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant Workday certifications would be advantageous.
