The client is seeking a Talent Analytics Lead to drive global HR reporting and metrics. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design dynamic talent analytics solutions, establish key performance metrics, and recommend reporting standards. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end analytics, supporting CHRO and executive reporting, and developing dashboards in Workday and other platforms. The ideal candidate will champion a metrics-driven culture by producing and distributing insights that inform business decisions.
Important note: This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week in Watsonville, CA.
Job Description
- Define and standardize HR data metrics concepts and definitions while evaluating current state data, identifying gaps, and assessing analytics capabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain metrics-based infrastructure and reporting solutions, including dashboards and analytics tools to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Partner with HR functional experts and business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide data-driven recommendations, and support global reporting initiatives
- Analyze and interpret complex HR data from multiple sources, identifying trends and opportunities while ensuring data integrity and quality
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in reporting processes, focusing on automation, efficiency, and enhanced analytics capabilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR data, maintaining routine reporting schedules while responding to ad hoc analysis requests
- Manage data table updates and maintenance, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain data accuracy and reliability
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with HR technologies and platforms, including 3+ years of Workday Core HCM experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in HR data analysis and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite, with ability to design and implement dashboards and reporting tools
- Proven track record in operational excellence with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in synthesizing complex HR data to provide actionable business intelligence and recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
