About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Project Manager to join our team and support a large-scale reorganization initiative. As a central part of our Pfizer Client Team supporting the Project Management Office (PMO), you will assist in coordinating across various functions, ensuring streamlined management of new and significantly modified roles. The Project Manager will support the Restructuring PMO with a focus on data management, process support, tracking of international consultations and financial management.
This is a dynamic and cross-functional role requiring strong project management skills, an understanding of organizational design, and the ability to track and manage complex data and processes across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Support

Modify or create templates and materials for use across the project.

Update and maintain project plans and timelines.

Develop regular update summaries for leadership, partners, and the Project Management Office.

Provide support for weekly sub-Project Management Office calls to ensure all teams are aligned.
Data Management & Tracking

Create a baseline for tracking progress against project targets.

Prepare and manage data required for Organizational Design.

Develop and maintain a detailed tracker to monitor progress and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Process Support

Work closely with Customer Experience (CX) teams to manage processes related to AI Job Descriptions and talent placement.

Consolidate information for AI Job Descriptions and track their completion.

Collaborate with Compensation teams to support leveling processes, consolidating information, and ensuring completion.

Manage talent placement outcome tracking and consolidate information for legal review.

Oversee the process for job postings, including engaging Customer Experience and tracking completion.

Develop detailed notification and exit plans for impacted employees and ensure smooth execution.

Consolidate and facilitate approvals for Workday mass loads related to organizational changes (reporting lines, titles, compensation, etc.).

Track and follow up on mass load processing and terminations.
Consultation Support

Consolidate information required for external consultations (EU PMO or designated intermediary).

Track outcomes and progress of all consultations.
Financial Management Support

Align with finance teams to track financial impacts related to new roles and exit timelines.

Monitor and track financial data associated with restructuring and ensure alignment with placement and exit timelines.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in project management, particularly within large-scale organizational change or restructuring initiatives.

Strong organizational and data management skills with the ability to track and consolidate large amounts of information.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Excel).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise reports and presentations.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Financial acumen to track and report on financial impacts of restructuring activities.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management certification preferred. (e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt).

Experience in project management or a related role, preferably in Human Resources or organizational restructuring projects.
