The Global Compensation Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing global compensation strategies, ensuring HR systems and data analytics are aligned with organizational goals. This position involves the design and management of competitive compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent across diverse markets. The role requires a strategic leader with expertise in global compensation trends, HR systems management, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global compensation programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations (e.g., incentive plans, sales compensation, merit review, geographical differential, shift differential)
- Advise on job benchmarking, promotions, transfers, and restructuring
- Manage the year-end salary increase and bonus process, including training and communication to HR partners
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of new compensation policies, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational needs
- Utilize advanced analytics to interpret compensation data, providing strategic insights to leadership
- Partner with regional HR teams to ensure effective execution of compensation programs globally
- Lead initiatives to optimize the Workday HRIS, improving data integrity, reporting, and user experience
- Develop and monitor HR metrics dashboards that inform decisions on compensation, employee engagement, turnover, and compliance (EEO, AAP)
- Participate in acquisition integrations and support global HR projects, board materials, and related tasks
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in HR with a focus on global compensation, HR analytics, and systems management
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Preferred:
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-site organizations

Benefits
Salary Range: $105k-$115k
Bonus: 10% annual STIP
