Job Title: Workday Compensation Consultant
Duration: 2.5 months (100% Remote, Eastern/Central Time)
Schedule: M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Workday Compensation Consultant to configure and optimize Stock Plan and Advanced Compensation processes. The role involves collaborating with HR, Compensation COE, and Business Technology teams to enhance system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Workday Stock Plans, Custom Stock Processes, and Advanced Compensation.
Lead knowledge transfer sessions and document configuration updates.
Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to develop effective Workday solutions.
Manage testing, security configurations, and EIB data uploads.
Provide reporting insights and develop dashboards for compensation data.
Required Skills:
7+ years of Workday Compensation configuration experience.
Expertise in Stock Plan Configuration & Advanced Compensation.
Experience launching 3+ Annual Compensation Cycles in Workday.
Strong skills in calculated fields, business processes, and EIB uploads.
Nice to Have:
Workday Stock Nominations Process experience.
Workday Advanced Compensation Certification.
Experience in global/matrix organizations.
