The HRIS Manager will oversee the maintenance, optimization, and administration of the organization’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role ensures that the HRIS system aligns with business needs, integrates with other systems, and provides robust reporting and analytics to inform HR and organizational strategies. The HRIS Manager will lead system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements while managing a team of analysts and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. preferred
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, including system implementation and optimization.
- Prior experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paycor, UKG, Oracle HCM, or similar.
- Project management experience, including leading system upgrades or implementations.
- Knowledge of HR functions and processes, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Familiarity with SQL, report writing tools, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, security, and functionality.
- Configure, test, and maintain HRIS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, and Performance Management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through technology and automation.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align HRIS capabilities with organizational goals.
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems such as payroll providers, benefits platforms, and learning management systems.
- Ensure data integrity through audits and regular system reviews.
- Develop custom reports and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
