Job Description:

Manage a caseload of 50-100 employee leave cases, including reasonable accommodations, ADA, return to work, workers' compensation, FMLA, and company leaves of absence
Serve as a liaison between employees and the Hartford, the vendor managing short-term disability, long-term disability, parental leave, and FMLA plans
Attend meetings with managers, HR business partners, and the vendor to determine return to work plans and accommodations for employees
Utilize case tracking software, such as ServiceNow, to manage and update employee cases
Support the leave administration team with projects and initiatives, particularly related to workers' compensation

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or a related HR role
Knowledge of leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD
Proficient in using HR-related software, such as UKG, Workday, and ServiceNow
Strong written and verbal communication skills
