Location
Preference is a hybrid schedule with Workday's Pleasanton, CA office, but can be a remote role, working 8am - 5pm within PST.
About the Role
Program and Project responsibilities encompass a wide variety of work across our stakeholders globally. This role will require end to end requisition management for contingent worker roles located in any of 15 countries where Workday may need contingent workers including but not limited to: Israel, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Latvia, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and more. Covering all geographies outside of the US, Canada, UK and Ireland, India, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, Poland, Germany, Netherlands and Costa Rica.
Responsibilities
- Global process improvement projects and documentation
- Supporting projects related to new functionality in Workday VNDLY
- Supporting new country expansions and M&A activities as needed.
- Help create and update support education documents for managers such as process flows, knowledge articles, updates to intra-net pages etc
- Guide managers through fulfillment processes and best practices for managing contingent workers, exiting workers, etc.
- Manage tenure limit, extensions and exits for global worker population of ~30 workers
- Manage international contingent worker requests end to end, which includes the following responsibilities:
- Liaising with the local partner and manager on fulfillment of req
- Submitting contract requests in Workday Strategic Sourcing (will be trained on WSS)
- Coordinating interviews in partnership with the staffing agency on behalf of requestor
- Collection and review of required compliance documents
- Working with manager and supplier to get worker onboarded in a timely and compliant manner (Usually ~10 reqs at a time in various locations)
Basic Qualifications
- Microsoft Suite
- Google drive
- ServiceNow
- Workday HCM and Workday VNDLY knowledge a plus
- Adobe
- Experience in program and/or project management. Contingent workforce and/or MSP experience is required
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $31.03/hour - $41.38/hour
