Job Description:
Are you a Workday expert with a passion for optimizing the Hire to Retire process? We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional/Technical Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your 10+ years of expertise to drive integration, extend reporting, and enhance security within the Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your deep understanding of Workday's technical architecture and data model to implement effective solutions.
- Lead Workday integrations, extend, and reporting efforts to meet business needs.
- Ensure the security of Workday data and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the Core HRIS and Compensation processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Workday Functional/Technical Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Workday integrations, extend, reporting, and security.
- Strong understanding of Workday's technical architecture and data model.
- Experience with web services, XML, and other integration technologies.
- Workday certification preferred.
Location Preferences:
- San Jose, CA or Austin, TX. Remote options available for exceptional candidates.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $53.46 - $58.35 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
