What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the support and lead the charge in closing micro-deals
- Be the face of Signals and evangelize our groundbreaking AI solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Align Signals solutions with prospect business objectives.
- Overcome prospect objections effectively.
- Collaborate with the account team to drive new business.
- Stay informed about industry and technology trends.
- Make daily cold calls and train to be a full-cycle closer.
What You Should Have
- 1-2 years of work experience in any customer-facing field.
- A passion for learning and working hard to achieve your goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great business acumen skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Quick learning when it comes to technology and software programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable resolving conflict.
Position Details & Benefits
- Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (10-hour workdays)
- Compensation:
- Base Pay: $45,000 Annual Salary +
- Commissions: Uncapped commissions for high earners with built-in accelerators
- Training: Comprehensive tech sales training with one-on-one mentorship
