Overview

TNS is seeking a Functional Support Analyst focused on Benefits and Absence to assist in maintaining and transforming our global Workday footprint.

Success in this role relies on a willingness to learn new functional and technical elements, collaborating across teams, adapting to changing priorities and balancing multiple varied duties.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth knowledge of TNS’s Benefits/Absence configuration and business processes.
Provide production support for a queue of change requests, enhancements, and issues.
Balance ownership of existing case load while troubleshooting newly discovered issues.
Configure and customize Workday Benefits/Absence modules, including US and International Benefit Groups, Plans, Eligibility Rules, Time Off Plans, Accruals, and Eligibility.
Maintain and enhance integrations between Workday and other systems, including benefits and payroll providers.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Benefits and Absence solutions, including troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and conducting system upgrades.
Partner with cross-functional teams, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Workday solutions.
Stay up to date on Workday product releases, new features, and industry trends, and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the development of internal tools, methodologies, and knowledge sharing initiatives to support the Workday practice.
Develop and maintain Workday reports in support of the HR and Finance teams.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree from accredited university; equivalent work experience may be used in lieu of a degree
3+ years of experience in in a Benefits/Absence role (technical or functional).
Experience with/Proficiency in Benefits/Absence HR Systems (e.g., Workday) preferred
Previous experience resolving technical support issues
Excellent communication, presentation, and user-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
For this role, we anticipate paying $98,000k-$125,000k annually. Any compensation range provided for this role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. TNS offers a competitive benefit package including medical and dental coverage, life insurance, paid holidays and vacations, and a 401K plan with company match.

Prior experience and certifications in Workday Benefits/Absence a huge plus.
