Our client, a renewables organization, is looking for an HRIS Analyst to add to their team!

HRIS Analyst Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and maintain the Rippling platform to support HR functions (payroll, benefits, onboarding, time management, etc.).
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data within Rippling.
Perform regular audits and resolve data discrepancies.
Create and generate custom reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and compliance.
Ensure Rippling generates required legal and regulatory reports.
Proactively evaluate and identify opportunities to automate workflows across all aspects of HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance reporting.
Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users on Rippling functionality.

HRIS Analyst Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role, with hands-on experience managing Rippling (or similar HRIS platforms like Workday, ADP, etc.).
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Payroll, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth system integration.
Experience with HR compliance, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ACA, EEOC).
High level of organizational skills, time management and problem solving
