We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Certified Benefits Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of Workday Benefits, including design, implementation, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday Benefits and be able to work collaboratively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
As a Workday Certified Benefits Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:
- Lead or support the Benefits workstream on a Workday implementation project.
- Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
- Researching and resolving day to day Workday Benefits issues
- Work with client to support the new requirements for Recruiting in Workday
- Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
- Provide support for regular and special Benefits processes in Workday
- Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
- Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
- Manage small on and off-shore functional teams
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure the smooth operation of Workday Benefits
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of Workday Benefits
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Workday Benefits and related technologies
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- MUST be Workday Certified Benefits Consultant
- 3 to 5 years WD Benefits experience
- Deep understanding of Workday Benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail
