Job Title: Recruitment Data Sourcer

What You’ll Do
- Support the team's initiative by auditing and enhancing candidate records within the internal recruitment database
- Cross-reference existing profiles with LinkedIn to ensure up-to-date, accurate candidate information
- Identify and remove duplicate data entries, ensuring system cleanliness and consistency
- Maintain records of candidates submitted by search firms and facilitate ongoing communication and engagement
- Conduct research to benchmark competitor strategies and support long-term sourcing goals
- Participate in a broader data mapping project, focused on maintaining high-quality recruiting insights
