Position Overview
This Talent Acquisition Partner role combines strategic hiring responsibilities with employer branding initiatives and is ideal for someone energetic, highly motivated, and passionate about health and wellness. You will serve as both a talent partner and a brand ambassador, helping shape the company's reputation as a top employer while ensuring that talent acquisition processes are aligned with the broader business goals.
Responsibilities Of The Talent Acquisition Partner
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from strategic planning to sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning on a short-, medium-, and long-term basis.
- Analyze talent market trends and use data-driven insights to advise hiring managers and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, events, and partnerships with universities and professional communities.
- Provide training and support to hiring teams on recruitment best practices.
- Partner with global Talent Acquisition teams to align with international hiring goals and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Develop and implement local Employer Branding strategies to increase brand visibility and candidate engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to promote the employee value proposition and company culture.
Required Experience/Skills of the Talent Acquisition Partner:
- 3 - 5 years of experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, preferably within a global organization.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (experience with SuccessFactors is a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital sourcing tools including LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and customer-focused mindset.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach and strong business acumen.
- Data-driven with an ability to present insights and influence hiring decisions.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
