PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Global Compensation Manager will focus on large-scale and global programs in translating policy into effective process design, maintaining robust governance, and ensuring compliance on an international scale. With a strong emphasis on project management, the role requires exceptional collaboration skills to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders worldwide. A continuous improvement mindset is essential, actively seeking opportunities to re-engineer processes and leverage artificial intelligence for enhanced efficiency.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle and lead milestones within a project team for Annual Compensation (merit/bonus/long-term incentive) as well as other key initiatives such as survey benchmarking and job architecture.
Create and provide regular updates, communications, presentations, and status reporting to stakeholders
Ensure program governance and compliance with global standards and international compensation regulations.
Align with HR operations, HR Systems, and the broader Compensation team supporting integrated compensation processes and plan harmonization with a focus on increasing transparency
Manage global compensation governance and policy documentation for program visibility along with customer-facing communication.
Oversee the Total Rewards data for Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and work along the project team to improve reporting and information.
Supports in collaboration with IT in looking at Workday compensation modules and aligning on compensation configurations.
Ensure third-party vendors meet their service level agreements, delivering high-quality and cost-effective results.
Support on the company’s HR Transformation project with a lens on global consistency and framework
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation processes.

SUPERVISION:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation a plus.
SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is desirable, or a plus.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

3 - 5 years' related experience; or a Master's degree with 2 years' experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, project management, problem solving and consultation skills required.
Proven experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to form excellent working relationships with internal and external clients and partners.
Demonstrated strong leadership, business acumen and savvy, and multi-tasking abilities in prior roles through career progression and key challenges.
Must be a self-starter and highly organized/ Ability to work independently and exercise sound business judgment
Detail-oriented with commitment to quality
Strong leadership presence with exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills
Experience with Compensation administration systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
