Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can provide day to day and strategic guidance on people and organization development strategies in support of Integrity Marketing Group’s goals. The HR Business Partner role is a champion for Integrity Marketing Group’s mission and our culture, both as a role model and in cross-company initiatives to help us scale and strengthen our culture as we grow.

Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for company leadership and employees on Workforce Planning, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management, providing both strategic insights and tactical HR support.
- Collaborate with Integrity’s People & Culture COEs to provide employees with guidance and solutions on payroll, benefits, company policies, and broader HR initiatives.
- Support business unit leadership with talent management initiatives, including annual performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and workforce development to enhance business success.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Consult with business unit management on promotions, transfers, and new hires, in collaboration with Integrity People & Culture and FP&A Leadership.
- Lead and support change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational transformations, HR process improvements, and workforce restructures.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough, objective investigations in partnership with leadership and legal teams.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, develop solutions, and provide meaningful insights that drive workforce planning and business decisions.
- Coach and advise managers and employees on performance management, career development, and HR best practices.
- Provide HR expertise on compliance, policies, and best practices, ensuring business units are aligned with organizational goals and employment laws.
- Facilitate team building and leadership development workshops, such as New Leader Assimilation, DISC, and Situational Leadership.
Primary Skills And Requirements
- 6+ years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience, resolving complex employee relations issues and supporting talent management initiatives in both strategic and operational capacities.
- Strategic HR Business Partner/HR Consulting Experience: Experience in a corporate HRBP role or consulting firm (Big 4 preferred), partnering with leadership to shape business-driven HR strategies.
- Organizational Design & Transformation Experience: Strong background in workforce planning, restructuring, and collaboration with compensation teams to support evolving business needs.
- Change Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage or support HR-driven organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and business continuity.
- Corporate Experience: Experience working in large, matrixed organizations, comfortable partnering with senior leadership while also supporting employees at all levels.
- Data-Driven & Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze HR data, distill insights, and present findings in a way that drives business decisions.
- Strong employee relations and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mediate, investigate, and resolve workplace issues with sound judgment.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and advise managers and employees on performance management, career growth, and employee development.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence leadership without direct authority, both in-person and in virtual settings.
- Significant experience managing change within employee relations and HR processes.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws, including ADA and FMLA regulations.
- Preferred: Experience supporting corporate business functions rather than field-based or retail HR roles.
- Workday experience highly preferred.
