HR Generalist Functions:

Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Support employee relations initiatives and provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
Assist with performance management processes, including setting up evaluations, tracking progress, and providing feedback.
Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives.

HRIS Management:

Administer, configure, and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensuring data integrity and system updates.
Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues and work with IT and external vendors for resolution.
Train HR staff and other employees on the effective use of HRIS for reporting, payroll, and other HR-related functions.
Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards within HRIS to support business needs.
Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HRIS features.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all employee records are accurately updated in HRIS and are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare and submit regular and ad hoc HR reports, including but not limited to diversity, compensation, benefits, and compliance reports.

Communication:

Serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, providing clear and effective communication regarding HR policies, procedures, and updates.
Effectively present HR data, reports, and recommendations to leadership in a manner that is both informative and accessible.
Communicate complex HR-related topics to employees at various levels in a simple and approachable way.
Foster positive relationships across departments by actively listening to employee concerns and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure consistent communication regarding HR initiatives, changes, and employee needs.

HR Data Analysis:

Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, workforce metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the preparation of detailed reports on HR analytics to senior management, recommending strategies for optimizing HR functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR or HRIS roles, with at least 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting.
Strong proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP, or similar systems).
Experience with data analytics, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other data analysis tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
