💰 $17 per completed ticket (Most tickets take just a few minutes)
🕘 Help Desk Monitoring: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible, slot tickets into your schedule)
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Office 365 Tech Support Engineer who wants to make extra income by monitoring and completing help desk tickets throughout the workday. This is a flexible role where you can fit in tickets between your primary work. Most tickets are straightforward and take just a few minutes to resolve.
Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor the help desk from 9 AM - 5 PM (EST) and pick up tickets as they come in.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve Office 365 and IT support requests (e.g., password resets, email setup, Teams/Outlook issues, user management).
✅ Slot in tickets as your schedule allows—no need to be on-call, just keep an eye on the queue.
✅ Document ticket resolutions in our system.
✅ Escalate more complex issues if needed.
Requirements:
🔹 Proficiency in Office 365 admin tasks, including user management, email setup, and troubleshooting.
🔹 Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint troubleshooting.
🔹 Ability to respond to and complete tickets in a timely manner.
🔹 Familiarity with basic IT support tasks (password resets, access requests, etc.).
🔹 Previous experience working in help desk, IT support, or system administration is a plus.
🔹 Strong communication skills and ability to document solutions clearly.
