We are building an AI-powered HR SaaS platform that automates resume screening, candidate matching, and recruitment processes using GPT-4 and other AI technologies. We need a skilled Bubble.io developer to create an MVP that seamlessly integrates AI, HR tools, and automation workflows.
Responsibilities:
✅ Build a SaaS web app using Bubble.io (responsive UI, workflows, database structure)
✅ Integrate OpenAI's GPT-4 API for resume analysis & AI-driven scoring
✅ Connect HR APIs (LinkedIn, Personio, Workday, etc.) for applicant tracking
✅ Automate processes with Make.com or Zapier (e.g., HR task automation, emails)
✅ Set up Stripe for monthly SaaS subscriptions & payments
✅ Ensure strong data security & privacy compliance (GDPR-ready)
✅ Optimize app performance for scalability
Required Skills:
✔️ Expert in Bubble.io (SaaS experience preferred)
✔️ API Integration (Bubble API Connector, OpenAI, LinkedIn API, HR software APIs)
✔️ Database Management in Bubble (relational data, privacy rules)
✔️ Workflow Automation (Zapier, Make.com, backend workflows in Bubble)
✔️ Basic UI/UX knowledge for clean, responsive design
✔️ Familiarity with Stripe or payment integrations
Nice-to-Have Skills:
➕ Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) for AI search
➕ Ability to extend Bubble with custom JavaScript plugins
➕ Prior experience working with HR tech or recruitment software
