Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Workday HCM Senior Consultant. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients in the reporting and analytics aspects of implementing and sustaining Workday. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their data needs and provide solutions within the Workday HCM system.
Qualifications
- Human Capital Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in Employee Benefits and Consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with Workday HCM implementation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
