We are looking for a **highly skilled Outbound Growth Specialist** to take ownership of our **outbound sales campaigns, optimize automation workflows, and drive high-quality lead generation**.
This role is perfect for someone who understands **outbound email, LinkedIn automation, sales sequences, and continuous iteration to improve performance**.
You will work closely with our CEO, CSO, and CMO in a **team-based approach** to outbound sales, ensuring we engage the right prospects and maximize conversion rates.

### **Outbound Campaign Management & Sales Automation**

**Build, test, and optimize outbound sales campaigns** using our AI-powered tool and possibly others such as Clay.com, Apollo, and LinkedIn automation tools.**

**Extract and enrich lead data from multiple sources**, refining targeting based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
β
**A/B test subject lines, email content, CTA variations, and LinkedIn outreach sequences** to improve engagement.
β
**Automate lead sourcing, personalization, and sequencing** to maximize efficiency.
β
**Monitor response rates, analyze campaign performance, and iterate based on data insights.**
β
**Ensure email deliverability, avoiding spam triggers and optimizing sender reputation.**
### **Lead Generation & Prospecting**

**Develop highly targeted lead lists** based on ICP criteria and industry trends.

**Use AI-driven personalization to improve outbound messaging** and increase engagement.

**Segment prospects into different outreach workflows** to test and optimize conversion rates.

**Engage prospects via cold email, LinkedIn messaging, and other outbound channels.**

**Strong A/B testing and optimization mindset** for outbound sales campaigns.
