We are seeking an experienced Workday Learning Contract Specialist to manage and optimize our Workday Learning module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Learning implementation, configuration, and support. This role will involve close collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of the Workday Learning system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure the Workday Learning module to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday Learning configurations.
- Provide expertise in the design, development, and deployment of learning content within the Workday system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday Learning module.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Workday Learning functionalities.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to Workday Learning processes and procedures.
- Support the HR team in leveraging Workday Learning analytics to measure and improve learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Workday Learning implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Learning module functionalities and best practices.
- Experience with Workday Learning configuration, including security, business processes, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Workday certification in Learning is preferred but not required.
